Keith G. Felix II began Colorado Broker LLC in 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University and is a second generation Realtor.  He holds a Master Graduate of Realtors Institute (MGRI) certification through Indiana University as well as the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Keith has over 30 years experience across commercial, residential, and agricultural real estate as well as real estate development and looks forward to serving your realty needs.
